And so another journey ends and the Phantom drags all the boxes, packages and luggage into the courtyard. She is tired of hurried airports, ice storms, angry traffic and toilets that flush before one rises. This does not diminish her pride though... she is very proud of one daughter for her graduating Summa Cum Laude. AND grateful for hearing a surprise guest speaker... Sandy Lerner of cisco. Time spent with the offspring was rewarding and soothing to the frayed old nerves. Gweenie slept most of the trip. Hopefully this is not a sign of a bad cold coming on. The frail creature does not always travel well, and this was her first earth flight.
The Phantom wanders about the castle and snuffs out candles and checks in on the little ones that stayed behind. All is well... sleep tight.
